Welcome to Hugo Knowledge Hub

Why a Platform of My Own?
In a world where more and more content gets published on borrowed platforms, I wanted a place where I own both the content and the context. Hugo Knowledge Hub is the primary source for what I write. LinkedIn and other channels are used for distribution and conversation, but the content itself lives here. The goal isn't to produce as much content as possible, but to build a place for reflection, learning, and knowledge sharing over time.
What You'll Find Here
The platform brings together my thinking, experience, and observations on:
- Architecture
- Organizational design
- Product development
- Leadership
- Strategy
- Decision-making
Some articles are short reflections, others explore larger topics over time. One example is the Decision Architecture Framework, a framework still under development that examines how organizations make, challenge, and learn from decisions.
Knowledge That Keeps Evolving
Not everything on this platform is finished. Some articles represent concrete experience, others are hypotheses still being explored, and frameworks, observations, and ideas will keep evolving as new insight emerges. The goal isn't to appear as having it all figured out. The goal is to learn in the open.
The Technology Behind It
The platform is built with:
- Next.js
- TypeScript
- Tailwind CSS
Content is stored as Markdown files. No database, no CMS, just content, code, and version control. As simple as it gets.
Welcome
If anything here sparks a new thought, challenges an existing perspective, or contributes to a better decision, the platform has done what it was built to do.
Welcome to Hugo Knowledge Hub.

Beyond Knowledge Management: Managing Context
Organisations have spent decades learning how to preserve knowledge. Working closely with AI made me realise that knowledge alone is no longer enough. The real challenge is preserving context.
